Oleance Petroleum

Import and distribution across East and Central Africa

Established in 2017, Oleance Petroleum imports and distributes refined fuel products to commercial, industrial and public-sector clients across East and Central Africa. Volumes shipped to date exceed 150 million litres of petrol and 18 million litres of diesel, with the ability to move up to 250 trucks of fuel per week.

Oleance Mining

Copper, gold, emerald and manganese

Oleance Mining has operated in Zambia since 2020, holding interests in copper, gold, emerald and manganese. Two copper mines are in operation in Kasenpa and Mumbwa, and a gold mine is under construction at Rufunsa. The division specialises in the trade and export of copper, cobalt and gold.

Oleance Civils & Construction

Housing, roads, bridges and public infrastructure

Established in 2012 and registered in South Africa under registration number 2012/202716/07, Oleance Civils & Construction delivers housing, road networks, academic infrastructure, healthcare facilities, recreation centres, shopping complexes and agricultural infrastructure. The division operates in joint venture with DREYKON Civils (Pty) Ltd.

Oleance Health

Medical supplies, diagnostics and public health equipment

Oleance Health supplies CE and FDA approved medical products, diagnostics and public health systems. The division's colloidal gold COVID-19 antigen test kits underwent validation at the University Teaching Hospital (UTH) Virology Department, with recorded specificity of 97.8%. The division works in partnership with OK Investment (Z) Ltd and Wuhan Huihai Medical Technology Development Company in China.

Agricultural development

Oleance International College

Secondary, tertiary and vocational education

Oleance International College offers high-school education through to higher education, awarding degrees, diplomas and certificates. The college focuses on closing the gap between what industry needs and what vocational and technical education currently provides, producing graduates with conceptual, practical and social skills.

Oleance Resort is the group's current prime hospitality project. The development is being designed as a recreational destination for families, organisations and business travellers, with restaurants, leisure facilities and an infinity pool.
