What the division does.
Oleance Civils & Construction is a South African-registered civil and building contractor working across public-sector and private-sector infrastructure. It has highly experienced staff members who have been in the civils, construction and electrical industry for over fourteen years, with a long track record in building, installation and maintenance work.
Its specialties are housing construction, road network construction, academic infrastructure development, clinic and healthcare development, recreation centres, shopping complexes, agricultural infrastructure and agro-processing infrastructure.
The division deals with a substantial volume of building projects for both government and corporate clients. It has formed strategic partnerships across its field, allowing it to increase capacity as demand requires.
How it delivers.
Projects are run on project-management principles: delivered in time, within budget and at acceptable quality, meeting every requirement in scope. Safety standards are followed on every site. The business relies on reliable, SABS-approved equipment and a standing relationship with clients so that service quality and customer care can be demonstrated over time rather than merely claimed.
Partnership with DREYKON Civils.
Oleance Civils & Construction operates in joint venture with DREYKON Civils (Pty) Ltd. The joint venture is governed by a board of senior construction professionals and supported by a full construction team covering quantity surveying, contracts management, HR, finance and site administration.
