What the group does.

The group operates eight divisions. Each is a working business with its own clients, its own contracts and its own operating standards — but all are held to the same discipline on delivery, engineering and safety.

Petroleum imports and distributes refined fuels across East and Central Africa. Mining holds interests in copper, gold, emerald, manganese and cobalt. Civils and Construction delivers housing, roads, bridges and public infrastructure. Health supplies medical and public-health equipment. Agric, College, Resort and Security complete the operating portfolio.

Where it operates.

The group is headquartered in Lusaka, Zambia at Plot No. 9 Beit Road, Rhodes Park. Its civils and construction subsidiary is registered and headquartered in Durban, South Africa. A second Zambian office operates at Kafue. Cross-border supply operations extend into East and Central Africa.

How it works.

Major decisions are made by a panel of four board members drawn from across the operating divisions: Joshua G. Chirau (Managing Director & Founder Member), Nelson Mukumbareza (Chief Executive Officer), Simon Murombe (Engineer) and Ciane Merredew (Administrative Manager). The stated aim is sustainable development across sectors — improvement that continues after the current project ends. That means investing in the things that outlast a single contract: engineering capability, trained artisans, structured operations, and long-running relationships with the businesses and communities that depend on the group's output.
